At Brookfield State School, we are committed to;
- provide students with digitally rich 21st century learning environments that allow them to inquire, analyse, communicate and create within a personalised learning program.
- provide best practice teaching that enables, enhances and transforms student learning and outcomes through Information and communications technology (ICT).
Every classroom at Brookfield State School has an Interactive Whiteboard which teachers use to enhance curriculum delivery and engagement for students.
Students are able to access at least 5 computers in their classrooms. Our Computer lab is located in the Resource Centre and houses 28 laptops that can be used by whole classes. Our special education programs (SEP) students can access an iPad to support their learning.
We have provided banks of iPads for students in Prep - Year 2.
At Brookfield State School, we also offer students the option to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for windows devices in Year 3 - 6.
